Transcript Requests

It is the policy of The District School Board of ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ County to archive student records when the students turn 25 years old. To request any records for students who are 25 years old or more, we require a written request with your signature to send your transcripts. Once we receive the written request, it will take approximately two days for the transcripts to be mailed. The Records Management Department cannot process your request by telephone. If you are OVER 25 years old, please use the link below:

ELEMENTARY/MIDDLE SCHOOL: These records are still located at the school. Please contact the last school attended by the student for assistance in receiving records.

HIGH SCHOOL: The records are still located at the school. Please follow the instructions in the transcript request link .

Additional Information

Transcripts will be electronically sent to participating institutions in the state of Florida through the FASTER system.

All out of state transcripts will be mailed.

College postal addresses will be required. If you select Send Electronically and your institution is not part of the FASTER system, your transcripts will automatically be sent to the postal address you have provided for your institution.

We do not email transcripts.

Diplomas

Replacement diplomas are only available through Herff Jones. ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ does not print them. Herff Jones can be reached by Phone: 800-635-5670

PLEASE NOTE: You must first request a high school transcript prior to submitting an application to Herff Jones for a replacement diploma.

GED
