The ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ Schools Citizens Academy is a group of community members and parents with an interest in schools who, over the course of a school year, meet every month to learn first-hand about the operations of the school district – everything from curriculum to transportation, food service, and safety. Academy members interact directly with district leaders, and sessions include visits to schools and key department offices.
